Ray McGrath - Chief Technology Officer:  Ray runs our very experienced quant and analytical development team. Ray is experienced in creating new systems for optimising Bank liquidity, LBS, Levies, VaR, CVA and Balance Sheet, as well as managing systems and security in the Cloud.  He has held roles at Barclays, Lloyds and JPM.
